Community Development - "A picture is worth a thousand words!"

On a recent Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) monitoring visit in Henderson County, our client was reminded of the significant amount of effort and organization required to successfully administer these grants and asked Benchmark's Program Administrator, Alicia Broadway, to pose for a picture with all of the documentation required for the evaluation of five homes. They were very pleased with Ms. Broadway’s outstanding work to prepare for the monitoring.
Our client emailed this photo to us, closing their note of thanks with this comment: “A picture is worth a thousand words!”
